Bernadette and Jen

Bernadette (born Bernadette Lazzara on 28 February 1948) Peters is a famous American singer-songwriter and author of children's books from Ozone Park Queens New York. In a five-decade career performing on stage, she's appeared on stage and in the theatre and also in solo performances as well as recorded recordings. She was nominated and won 3 Drama Desk Awards. She has won Grammy Awards for four of her Broadway cast albums. Peters was a performer as a youngster on stage and was then acted in teenage roles in the 60s and the 1970s. Her early work, including her roles as a character on The Muppet Show The Carol Burnett Show along with different television productions and characters in movies like Silent Movie The Jerk Pennies from Heaven was highly praised. The actress returned to Broadway in the late 1980s where she became the most famous Broadway star for the next thirty years. The singer has also released a variety of solo albums, albums of cast as well as singles. She also performs her own concerts on a regular basis. Peters is still working on television and film, which is why she has been nominated three time to win Emmy Awards. She has also won one Golden Globe Award.
